Women Empowerment on Two Wheels Terms and Conditions

Customer Data Protection
Your privacy is paramount. We do not store credit card information and will never share your personal details with third parties. Personal information is held only for a limited time to assist in future course communications and renewals.

Payment and Booking

Booking and Payment Procedure: Courses can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance. A non-refundable deposit of 50€ per training day is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon course commencement. Full payment is required prior to any training session.

Licensing and Documents

Licensing Requirements: Participants must present a valid EU driving license with provisional motorcycle entitlement and an appropriate form of identification, such as a passport. Additionally, when using your motorcycle, a valid insurance certificate must be shown.

Use of Personal Motorcycle

Motorcycle Compliance: If training on a personal motorcycle, ensure your vehicle meets all current legal requirements, including valid road tax. Any plates must be displayed and tyres should comply with legal standards. The vehicle's maintenance and reliability are solely the student's responsibility.

Attendance and Conduct

Attendance: Consistent attendance is crucial. If you do not attend a scheduled session, the session fee is forfeited and non-transferable. Withdrawal from the course results in no refunds or credits for missed sessions.
Conduct and Safety: Students must follow safety regulations, wear appropriate protective gear, and cannot attend training under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Inappropriate behavior, including abusive conduct, will lead to immediate termination of training without a refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: A minimum notice of 4 weeks is required to cancel or reschedule a Direct Access Course. Changes to test dates require at least 4 business days’ notice; failure to comply may incur the full charge.

Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Full disclosure of any medical conditions or medications that could impair riding ability must be made at booking. Failure to disclose health concerns may lead to session termination without a refund.Injuries and Accidents: While every effort is made to ensure safety, motorcycling involves risk. You undertake training at your responsibility. We recommend medical checks for any injuries sustained during training sessions.

Language and Training Requirements

Language Proficiency: Training will be delivered in Dutch. All students must be sufficiently proficient to comprehend instructions effectively.

Personal Property

Valuables: Any personal belongings are left at the student's own risk.

Responsibilities and Liability

Student Responsibilities: You are responsible for acting in accordance with instructional guidance and ensuring all your documents are valid and presented during training. Failure to produce necessary documents makes you ineligible for the course without any refund.
Instructor and Training Centre Liability: Although we prioritize student safety, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless proven negligent. All accidents or mishaps during training are assumed to be at the student's risk and responsibility.

Complaints

Complaints Procedure: Should you have any complaints during the course, please inform the Chief Instructor promptly for immediate remedial action. Unresolved issues should be formally detailed and submitted in writing within 30 days post-course completion to our email.
